Welcome to your Journey.

IMPACT JIU JITSU

We offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes to adults and children of all ages and experience levels. Our members vary from sport hobbyists to competitive athletes that want to get back into shape and push their personal limits.

Our dedication to personal growth, paired with our love of the sport and respect for one another, is what sets us apart and allows us to meet the needs of such a wide array of members.

We pride ourselves on making our training partners better every time they step on the mat. We know that the better they become, the better we will become, and the better the academy becomes.

Impact Jiu Jitsu has a long history and is known for its exceptional instruction and talent. We hope to continue that tradition here in Fruitland.

THE FACTORY WRESTLING CLUB

The Factory Wrestling Club was created by Luis Cisneros to help local wrestlers achieve their goals on and off the mat.

Wrestling has been a big part of Luis’ life and he has had the opportunity to wrestle and compete at a high level. Luis’ coaching experience spans from the collegiate level, high school, middle school and youth club wrestling.

The curriculum, techniques and training is based on the training Luis has done over the years. Luis has also had the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills from different coaches and wrestlers that have had success on and off the mat.

The Factory Wrestling Club is here for our youth, both girls and boys to give them the knowledge and mindset to be successful on and off the mat.

THE FACTORY BOXING CLUB

Coach Knee was born and raised in Fruitland, Idaho and comes from a long line of teachers and coaches. Growing up he was exposed to many different sports, but he fell in love with boxing when he saw his first fight at the age of twelve. Coach Knee spent many years watching and studying the sport of boxing before joining the Parma Boxing Club at the age of seventeen. During his time with the Parma Boxing Club he had the opportunity to work with Golden Glove Champions and future professional boxers.

After a brief hiatus in order to earn his Bachelors Degree in Education from the University of Idaho  Coach Knee returned to his amature career working with Idaho legend Kenny Keene in Emmett, Idaho. It was around this time that he started a family, began teaching middle school, and coaching Football and Basketball. He also started an after school boxing program at Fruitland Middle School which he coached for 3 years.

Coach Knee is certified by USA Boxing as a boxing coach, referee, and judge. He is excited to have the opportunity to share his passion for the sweet science with a new generation of young people and experience the fulfillment of a lifelong dream to train boxers.

SARAH’S MINDFULNESS YOGA

Sarah and her husband Joe have been raising their 3 kids in the Fruitland area since 2011. They stay busy with all the sports and activities their family likes to participate in. Some of their family hobbies include camping, traveling, and raising small farm animals on their property.
Sarah joined a yoga class to slow down and rehab after a back injury in 2015.

After dedicating herself to the practice she started leading evening classes and has continued to do so for 2 years. She is definitely looking forward to partnering with Luis at The Factory to offer daytime and afternoon classes to those wanting to practice yoga. Her style of yoga in very inclusive to all levels. She makes sure class members walk away feeling they got a good stretch for their bodies but the emphasis is placed on a mindfulness meditation throughout the class.

When she is not teaching yoga she works on the Little Buddy Farm team providing organically grown veggies to our community. She is also a family photographer. Overall, she finds the most enjoyment spending time with her husband and kids.
